I think you visit any Aadhaar Seva Kendra and get it updated. There is a Rs 50 fee or something for it.

I ordered a PVR aadhar card on June 20, 2021 and paid through BHIM UPI and payment was successful, but 2 days later when I tried checking status of the PVC card print, It says “Payment Failed”

I have sent an email(2 days ago) to uidai support email id but received no response, I dont even know if they will reply !!

Is there any other way to get UIDAI look into this and get it sorted ?

Forget to update this. I received it in mid-June. The postmaster had marked the parcel delivered without even delivering. I got it after a week by raising a complaint about the same.
