How to get all Android notifications on PC?

I guess the thread title says it all. How do I get ALL my Android notifications on PC?
By all, I mean all. And if not at all, then at least most.
And also able to manage them, like replying to a WhatsApp contact, SMS, etc.

There are couple of apps for notifications on PC on Play Store. Tried any of 'em?
No idea about the replying part though.

Dude, I don't wanna run those apps on PC. I just want their basic functionality linked to my mobile. I guess what I want is not implemented by any dev till now.

SMS and notifs are handled decently by airdroid. WhatsApp wouldn't really be possible, I guess .
