Just call 121 using airtel Number and go to fixedline section and enter your landline number and register a complaint regarding speed or anything. They will issue a complaint no. and then you'll get an option to speak to agent.I cannot get a real person on 121 using airtel landline or airtel sim card. How are you all able to connect lol. Someone file a plan change request for me.
Local Airtel store also does not take requests related to landline/broadband connections. I was told to call 121. Was provided an alternative number 1800-102030-121. This number does not even connect from my landline or mobile sim.
