How to get connected to a person on Airtel customer care line 121?

I have been unable to get hold of their cc , the IVR is a frustrating labyrinth.

For CC Just call 121, then select 1,3,9. It takes you straight to the CC.

It is nearly impossible for non airtel users to connect to airtel customer care. MyAirtel app doesn't let you make a complaint or changes to your plan. The only possible option is to mail them or go to nearby Airtel Office. I simply use some airtel number to call 121 and register some complaint to speak to agent.

I cannot get a real person on 121 using airtel landline or airtel sim card. How are you all able to connect lol. Someone file a plan change request for me.

Local Airtel store also does not take requests related to landline/broadband connections. I was told to call 121. Was provided an alternative number 1800-102030-121. This number does not even connect from my landline or mobile sim.

Just call 121 using airtel Number and go to fixedline section and enter your landline number and register a complaint regarding speed or anything. They will issue a complaint no. and then you'll get an option to speak to agent.

i cannot even get to the place where i enter my landline number! i just end up at the option where they send me the sms with the airtel thanks app and tell me to apply for a plan change through it. twitter has really spoilt me. i have not dealt with phone based customer support in such a long time. it's crazy how bad these helplines are these days.

I just called recently for requesting them to upgrade my connection plan. Well if you're trying to upgrade to the new plans. Please wait until tomorrow as the customer support said the plans are going to be effective in 24 hrs to 48 hrs of time. They just told me to wait till and check in airtel App.

heh. went through all options one by one and somehow managed to get a real person on the other side. same experience. keep an eye on airtel app as we don't have option here. what a shit show.
