How to get extended warranty on VU TVs?

I really don't think it matters, they may have set up rules in outlook , you can keep them all in 'to' since i believe this is an escalation mail as you did not receive replies on earlier queries.

Good time to test it. File a dumb complaint. And see how good their support actually is. Once the support guy comes to your place... Get him to fix the warranty extension.

VU just sent me another invoice which has a separate invoice number. So I'm now assuming the extended warranty has been linked to my TV.

Edit:
The invoice still doesn't mention the serial number; only the model number is mentioned. I am not going to do anything more.
