How to get refund for security deposit for BSNL Broadband?

Hi Friends,I have submitted diconnection of My BB. Can any1 tell me when and how will i get my deposite back which i paid at the time of new BB connection???????????????

I disconnected in December around 20th and had a security deposit of 1350 with Bsnl. So I didn't make the payment for November month which was due in Dec (900)+rental for 20 days in Dec(600) totalling ~1500. Once the final bill generated after 5th Jan, I got it adjusted after visiting the exchange towards security with a 150rs payment. I was told that the security will be adjusted after 3 months by the system automatically. So if there is extra security amount than your dues then after 3 months a cheque will be issued to you.

I disconnected at 11th Feb 14' and also paid Jan 14' bill. So i have to wait for 3 month for a cheque of Rs. 1300/-.

If you have land line in use, you can get it adjusted with it.
