How to Increase Speed??

dear Friends.i am using Dataone broadband from 7th of last month.never got constant speed, some times in night UL time i download 3.4 GB and sometimes its only 2.0 GB. Is there any way to make speed constant.i have read so many review on this site, so many peoples getting mush more speed then me. i get max of 190 KBps. i never crossed it.i am using bittorrent client software to download. in dap i get 202 KBps max.please give something!!!!!!

Better watch your free NU usage downloads. Disconnect modem at about 0155AM and at 0755 AM.

it also depends on how far are you from exchange(line attn higher value means farther you are).my local(or downstream) line attn is 29 & i get a max constant speed of 230KBps in IDM.
