How to open port 25

Hello Friends,I am on BSNL's 1350 ULD ComboI would like to know how I can open port 25I need to run an application that needs an open port 25 but I assume that port is blocked.So any solutions on this would be really helpful.Thanks a lot!

Are you sure that your Firewall is not blocking that port??? because in many cases firewall blocks the unused ports

I think this port is reserved for email (smtp)

The most commonly blocked ports are port 80 and port 25.

No my firewall isn't blocking that port. In fact I have set exception rules in my firewall for port 25

Ya that's what I know - so is there a way I could bypass it or something..??

Port 25 is not blocked by your firewall .. it is blocked by ISP .. your ISP blocks it so that your connection is not used to send bulk mails etc ... So if its blocked at ISP end ... you cannot unblock or bypass it..
