How to pay HUDA/MCG/GMDA/Gurgaon water bill online in Haryana?

I did not find it in my existing bank accounts. Anyone from Gurgaon has any idea if an option exist?

Never mind. MCG Water Bill payment is no longer available through BBPS so you would have to pay through the MCG website or their stupid app.

The payment gateways on this portal are shit. Payment fails most of the time. Most of the time, it would actually get processed. But my latest payment was refunded back to my account after six days. I had no idea during this time if I should pay again or not. If you are indeed paying through this route, use the payu gateway instead of icici. payu is more likely to respond to your query and verify if the transaction was successful or not.

there may be a problem with the transaction also check with your bank

also the site is located in India so there is very less chance of it being fake, as why a scammer would host their site in India

@chromaniac change the thread title to appropriate, also you live in gurgaon too so you can verify if the site is legit or not.

I pay my water bill every two months using the same site. Have not faced any issues till now. Not sure why the OP's payment was not reflected. I would suggest him to contact the accounts office with the payment number that is sent to his email id at the time of payment.

OP needs to realize that with government bodies, sending emails is not really going to help out.

Yes, this is not working for quite long time. and there are long queue in cash deposit counters. Not sure what is the solution... Everyone is thinking how to grow further but seems HUDA is going backward. better to deposit later with late fee when there are no queue....

Had to stand in queue for 40 minutes to deposit with cheque. Cash walon ko to 1.5 hours lag gaye.. If they cant have online system, at least should have cheque drop boxes.

Asked about it. They said some new company (contractor) is roped in by HUDA for water bills and system is being changed. Will take some time to get information.
