the problem of frequent reconnection is back --
this is my statistics , the je keeps telling me,to stop reconnecting to keep 8000 for it to be stable , but i have been stable 10k rate until a power shutdown happened at my place which is also the place of bsnl exchange office , and rain happened few days back too, after that 2 incidents the dsl line keeps dropping ,the line man came cleaned rusty joints he said , then they kept at 8k rate , it got reconnected at evening times from 8:30 to 11 -12 am then was stable almost , then next day evening it was less stable then after 4 days it got ok , then i told them to change the port to keep it 10k again to see the stability , then for 2 days it was stable , then again now it started the same reconnection problems at night times , not much a reliable connection . in 2018 i have got rate speed till even 17k in a promotional plan 99rs, so i cant accept the je telling that my line cant hold 10k ,but it couldnt handle even 8k sometimes in evening .. so the line man saying he would try to replace the wires coming from dp box to the modem .
btw the ring tone is good in instrument, no problem with it, no noise . the line man says the problem is with the exchange but je is not seeing it there , the lines are all good here.. i am trapped between this lineman and je now . lol
