How to schedule downloads for night 2 am to 8 am

Why don't the people at BSNL realise this and just give us a decent monthly quota like 25 GB for the 512k plan, 50 GB for the 1 mbps, 10GB for the 384k and say 5GB for 256k (Rs700) plan, so I dont have to stay awake till 2am and wake up again before 8am? boohoo :-(

u can be rest assured that they are waiting for the feedbacks... but i still stick to my point that broadband sould be without any datacaps. on a 512 connection one can easily d/load 3mb/min and on a good connection at the other end it can go more than 4mb per minute... at a rough estimate 4gb per day... pupudada
