how to set password for wireless network

hi i have a wireless modem provided to me by mtnl (UTSTARCOM WA3002-g1 modem with wi-fi ) .. some1 plz tell me how can i set password for my network so that no one other than me can use my wirelessthank you.

you should see a wireless tab in your modem configuration page.. then you will see something called SSID name .. that will be the wireless network name ,you can name it anything.. then you will find something called WEP thats where you enter the password you wish.. then save/reboot
