Hi,I had a problem with my 'under warranty' HP notebook. DVDWriter was not working. I took it to service center and they kept it for 1 day, then called me asking me to take it back saying they will inform me when the Writer supply comes to their office. Its 10days now and everyday i am calling them and they are saying the supply hasn't come yet. Now i am frustrated and wan to complain. Suggest me whome to complain and how should i proceed.
