i think you can buy oem edition
windows and office from
ebay and they are legal i believe.
but i don't think you should be facing any problem as long as you are running it on a single machine.

laptop on my desktop. i already have the ultimate edition at my place purchased...
i have not tried installing the
Dell copy on my desktop though
