Loved the HTC Clock tile which is not in any other Brand :)(I guess any other brand can also come up with this tile, as this doesnt looks exclusive design).I hope this tile is not using much network and hardware resource.

Pretty much impressed by HTC WP8 devices. Good news for WP platform and Nokia. Having other vendors jumping on the Windows Phone 8 bandwagon is not a bad thing, in fact, it is a very very good thing. This builds confidence in the OS and will bring more people to the Windows Phone 8. A large display of devices with beautiful colors and live tiles will attract attention. They will then choose the right Windows Phone, which of course for most people is the Nokia Lumia 920.

just ask samuel on what he thinks about wp7. the kinds of headaches he is facing on wp7 are not really fixed in wp8. :)

You can at least expect some third party apps in WP Marketplace (ahem.. WP Store) offering similar functionality. Also, third party apps can now have live tiles of all three sizes in WP8.

not really. he gave me a very simple example. you cannot download a song from the web and add it to your music playlist to listen. no third party app would fix that because it is a microsoft implemented limitation on the same lines as ios.
