Google Map - Unofficial app gMaps - Very nice app, I would give 5 Star, instantly locks to GPS, and also shows accurate location of my mobile even indoors in few seconds. I am using free version which has ad banners, so I am planning to purchase it which is just 110.
No official Youtube app. Official app provided by MS is just link to mobile version. I use below apps (again unofficial).
SuperTube | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (भारत) - Can download Video, but can only be viewed in this app.
Metrotube | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (भारत)

Whatsapp is there, and it works fine along with with chat notification.
Besides Facebook chat is embedded directly, so no extra app needed. Google talk can be accessed by-

Not a sensible pricing for 8X. Come on HTC, your flagship WP8 has only 16GB mass memory and non expandable. HD games are popping in WP8 store having size ~1GB and you have HD camera and HD display on board plus music buffs like me usually like to carry gigs of music especially when u have beats audio too. ~12GB usable memory is BIG let down. Many reviews I read are missing this point even when comparing with Lumia 920 which has 32GB non expandable mass memory.

First, it was up for preorder. Then they removed the listing. Added back as 'coming soon' and now 'out of stock'. It was never up for sale. I have no idea if this phone is available anywhere. No sign of HTC 8S either. So did HTC also delay their WP8 offering?

Update: Found one review of 8X on youtube from Indian and he shows India specific unit and claims that phone is in stock at authorized HTC store.
