I know many people who have bought from snapdeal and are happy with the purchase. Do check seller ratings before buy and also find a good installer as most installers refuse when they know you aren't buying equipment from them.

I saw in the snapdeal.. The installation will be done by them. This is what is mentioned:

Grand i10 owners: The engine immobilizer light is always on while the engine is running. Is it normal or should I head to the service center right away? Haven't gone through the manual book yet.

I had to visit the showroom to get the number plates and free Car cover ;-)
Turned out that's nothing to worry as per the SA. Spoke to the service manager, advised me to wait till 1st service.
Now another thing has creeped up: Whenever am in 1st gear in bumper to bumper traffic, sometime the engine gets off..the brakes become very hard.. I mean there have been situations twice or thrice when I was about to hit the car in front of me if I hadn't used the hand brake.
Am I doing something wrong here?

Had to make a visit myself to get the high security bullshit number plate that arrived around 45 days after receiving the car.
As for the brakes... I think power brakes only work when the engine is running... I do not like the first gear on the Grand myself. But I have always imagined it is because I have been driving a diesel for the last 4-5 years... I have also driven a bit of auto in the past couple of months so that does not help the cause.
