i am getting only 31% signal..?

Guys i am getting only 31% of signal...only DD news is clear, all other channels signal is below 25% so no picture...what can i do...i adjust everything

may be its raining or not clear cloud

i have good dish....sky is almost clear, then also i am getting like this.......now signal rose to 36%

where is the dish placed? is it placed by the dish guy or placed by you?try to change the dish direction and check the signal
