I am going to change from TS to SD

I am not satisfied with TS service in south INDIA. They also removed the one of the best Malayalam News Channel INDIAVISION. SD makes a good move to beat other DTH providers. They Provide 15 malayalam channels in place TS's 7 channels. Anybody have any suggestions?

Indeed its a good move rather than wasting your time with TS in not getting the desried channels you want in it ...........:thumbsup:. I hope you go to move to SD or alternative things to the earliest to view you favourite Malaylam Channels.........:thumbsup:

For South Indian viewers SD is the best option ... If ur interest is totally south Indian channels then never ever opt for TS ... Always go for SD ..

A small correction: SD good only for those who want to watch only regional tamil channels. There is a sizable population of young techies and professional from other parts of India who are interested in non tamil news and entertainment channels.

To my knowledge, a sizable number of my friends and relatives are having both sd and ts, sd for tamil mega serials and ts to know what is happening outside tamilnadu.

you are absolutely correct but i use both cable connection along with CAS and TS and I am using Cable for getting maximum tamil channels from my SCV cable in digital mode and TS for mainly sports, news and infotainment and hindi movie channels.............:thumbsup:.

Yesterday i had a dream where in my neighbour was going abroad and he wanted to give me his dish tv connection to me and i took the dish tv from hin and i started to use it only for the renewal with the new pack Mini which costs rs. 60 a month...... and i started to use both TS and Dish TV.

I think this dream came to my mind because of the new packs brought in by dish tv

I had a grander dream; a prism dish which can receive signals from all the satellites in the visible zone, a multi-LNB, and an STB which will accept cards from all service providers, multi channel tuning for watching different programmes and a versatile easy to operate recorder which will ensure that I don't miss even one second. Most important - no subscription, only pay for what you view. I am ready to spend 10000 on capital cost and pay nil on revenue.
