Tata indicom prepaid..upto 4mbps plan..get extra 6months validity..limit your download from 9pm to 9am..Edit: ok not available in Bangalore..go for Airtel..better upload I think..

airtel will give you steady speeds when compared to bsnl but it is costlier..
