I am thinking of buying M1 MacBook Air but one thing that stopping me from buying this one is what will happen after 1 year if it becomes faulty. I know Apple care plus but it is too expensive I can not spend extra money other than the laptop. Currently I am using iPad6th gen bought in 2019 it is working like the day 1 I bought it till now. I haven’t faced a single problem on this, battery backup is still like new 12hrs. So can you suggest me what shall I do? Are these machines not reliable?

I have the two pin 33W charger.

Try charging your notebook somewhere else too? Apple support would suggest the same.

Although I don't think a replacement device will solve this problem, as you've stated that you've tried everything and the issue persists, getting a replacement seems like the only logical solution.

Either get used to the current or do what I do, don't use it while it's being charged. Lol

If it's bothersome, follow the video I've shared above and create an earthing. It has worked for majority of the people.

@royalroy @Samuel @soulcube thank you for your reply actually such a high price device have this kind of issue that just puzzled me. If this issue is real why don't every user complaint? I have a line tester I will test the output port to see if it glows have you all tried to test with a line tester?
