op i.e. ishaan obvoiusly uou are using a computer affected with malwares and viruses. please stop using your secure info on this account and start using robust system along with robust browsers....

Installing toolbars from less known providers, or running a system without a Anti-Virus can be first step getting such pop-ups.
Disconnect Internet, Do complete SCAN, don't count hours it may take as you are sitting on a BOMB this way.
if your card info gets leaked you would be in problem running into not easily ending loop with bank.
Scan the system as suggested by other users and avoid un-reliable toolbars, apps, or cracks if you have them somehow.

I don't use an av for 2 yrs now. But i wouldn't suggest the same for everyone. Along with an av. These few tips might be helpful
1) Use a portable browser, instead of an installerinstalled. I use palemoon portable. Made from ff source code - Link
2) Addons i would suggest are Adblock edge, Better piracy, flashblock, ghostery
3) Admuncher
4) Disable autorun in your os. Google for registry editing for the same. Xp users can use AutoRun Settings tool from this page
That's it. You good to go ...

I had a similar malware, was detected by kaspersky and blocked, but it resided inside chrome. Deleting suspect applications, and disabling chrome extensions were of no use. Finally i uninstalled chrome and re-installed it with a new download.
The malware entered after downloading a free music format conversion sw.
