Yes may be handy for those who use mouse more... i hate using mouse though.but in most cases my most of the windows are maximised so they are always one behind other and i can always switch to any of them using alt-tab

that's how i use windows and that is primarily the reason i hate mac os x. anyways. drag and drop is becoming very popular on online services. and the shake feature comes handy to use them. i mean we are no longer used to drag and drop functionality. largely because we prefer working in maximized windows

minus allows 7MB image files. imgur free accounts have a 1MB limit.
minus claims that images would remain hosted for ever (Doh). imgur removes them after three months (of no hits).

just 3 months .. humm.. i would have read this on previously as just opened account there ...

.. but its ok as good to share something ... its simple to upload .. and other things are preety cool .. will check minus later

personally i think that for 90% of images shared here... three months is a good enough time. except for tutorial type posts.

humm agree .. 3 months period are ok when you share with forums and other things but for other personal use we need more storage period ... and we don't keep different accounts for personal and other storage ..i feel pisaca is good for personal and this one for public .. so better stick to this ..don't like to open to many accounts ...

the good thing is that picasa is no longer counting the storage space used by images that are smaller than 800px in size!

i have been using Imgur for almost two years. have been a paying customer in fact.
