Impact of Sun Direct on Zee Dish DTH?

Well, well... the wait is over and Sun Group are ready to launch their DTH services in India. Well atleast I saw their Ad for Dealerships in my state. The thing is that will we (South Indian viewers) benefit out of this? Can we expect to view Sun Network channels like KTV, Gemini, Udaya, Surya, Sun Music etc.? Would we be asked to pay more? What will the impact of Sun Direct be on Zee and Tata Sky viewers? Will it be positive or negative?

well it will be favourable as we will get more channels. and also the package rates will come down due to another competitor. :thumbsup:

Sun DTH's basic tamil pack all the channels offered by dish tv @ 150 Rs. for Rs.75. One more advantage is in Sun DTH u can get Star Vijay included in Rs.75 whereas u cannot get star vijay even after paying Rs.150 in Dish TV. Dishtv is not worth for your money if your from south. Sun Direct is the best !
