Incorrect Feb08 Bill

Hi Folks,

I am using 500C+ plan since 2 months (117.x.x.x connection). Jan bill came good. Now Feb08 bill came out to be Rs1303/-.

The below is the excerpt of the usage records for billed usage of Feb 08.

As you can see there is an overlap of the Night unlimited and Free usage. I am planning to take it up to the exchange folks. I wanted to know if any other users saw this anomaly on the intervening night of 11th and 12th Feb 08.

Also please let me know if anyone faced this issue earlier and got it rectified in their bill.

Well are u sure that u disconnected before 2am? According to the bill the first session was started from 8:02pm to 3:47am. And the second session was started from 4am and ended by 8:15am. Indeed its overlapping and BSNL usually charges it on pro-rate basis. I am afraid there is nothing to be done. The sessions in between 2am and 8am are considered free. Anything before 2am and after 8am are considered chargeable.

Thats why we always suggest to connect after 2 am and disconnect before 8 am to prevent this type of errors in billing...
