I should do more testing before posting ;). It seems people here are better tester than me https://broadband.forum/images/smilies/thumbup.gif

I am on Vodafone, Delhi, Postpaid. I get a service request number everytime. Followed by a call from customer care within next two days. The call is to confirm and inform me that sender has been "issued a warning". I just say "yes" 5-6 times during that call. And it is sorted :)

Good evening, In short, my manager is visiting India for business and since arriving he is receiving 300+ sms per day. I wanted to do a remote install via play store of the SMSspam app to see if it could help him, but it is location restricted (phone registered in The Netherlands)Is it possible to receive an .apk of the app, or does someone have other suggestions that could help in this case? Please accept apologies of this goes against forum rules, I didn't have time to read in.Thanks in advance for your kind answer.

^^ Enabled Netherlands. Check after half an hour and you should be able to install. Welcome to India.MODS: Can you rename this thread as official support thread? :)

Thanks you both jdeepak and chromaniac for those swift answers, installed both apps already, 5 minutes was enough to be able to install SMSpam ;-).

Thanks again, I'll give him a call to tell him some happy news.

Regards

smspam only complains about spam sms. it would not stop them from coming. even if the operator processes them correctly, it would take days/weeks before it is implemented. sms Blocker Optinno would work like the spam blocker in email clients and block them on the phone itself. would hide them from the sms app.
