Strictly speaking the rss feeds are supposed to be for this purpose.. But somehow they don't update properly. PLus of course those wonderful posts in the dth sections,:wall:

Uses Bandwidth yes, but it does not use ur CPU so much yaar!I use iSpy when I am online on BBF for longtime...........it helps track all updated posts specially if more regular members are online......
