Just a question...Would the members here be interested in getting their blog posts (title, link, excerpt) submitted to a new section on the forum through RSS?

oh but its flooding the "new post" pageand just one blog has created so many threads.. imagine what wud happen with 10-15 more blog!

umm thats coz it ran for the first time so it posted all the posts. now it would just keep posting new posts which are not going to be much...it's kind of an alternative for the blog feature of forums... since we do not expect forum members to start blogs here. this could help guys here to stay updated with the latest blog posts. just an experiment. would remove all traces of it if it becomes a mess.

If you can find a way by which that section will not come under "View new posts" then its great or else it will really screw up that feature with all blog links . It might be flooding for now due to start but when u have it working for 4-5 blogs "View new posts" will be useless .

how many posts do people make on their blogs on a daily basis?

but as u said, first time it will post all links. say eveyrday u add 1 blog...so it wud keep flooding.

only regular members... should not be more than 10-20 posts a day.
