Internet Lamp not glowing in Modem

Hi, I have a BSNL broadband connection in chennai, for the last 10-15days my modems internet lamp is not glowing and the net is not getting connected. The BSNL people told me there's no problem in net connection to my house, i checked my lan card and every thing is fine. but still no net connection.. today i formatted my entire system and again no result same problem :huh: Am totally puzzled... is there any settings problem.... i got no idea i tried the reset button in modem but not use.. My modem type is UT300R2U Please help me people... :O

Post screenshots of ipconfig/all (type in cmd prompt Start-Run- cmd - Enter )Is you LAN Cable connected properly ?

Ut 300r2u - India Broadband Wiki Recheck settings. Start/Network/LAN status and repair select both . any error message ? Post Ipconfig/all as asked for above. start run type cmd type ipconfig/all

go to http://192.168.1.1 and post a screenshot of the STATUS Page.. that should give you an idea as to where the problem lies..
