IPv6 Support on Excitel Broadband

Ohkay alright, although couldn't find it. Is the profile picture and banner you have on IBF the same there?

Since the last few hours I'm constantly checking ipv6 on my network, will do multiple times a day until the day it arrives 😅.

i mean is the config as below:

ipv6 address: DHCPv6
prefix deligation: enabled with /64
session: share same session from pppoe ipv4

i tried the above but did not got any ipv6 address in hyderabad. so may be its no enabled in hyd. which is strange as they have good amount of users here

working in delhi , Test your IPv6. gave back 10/10 score, running a dumb onu without that tr69 thing , manually configured pppoe with everything set to dhcpv6 on onu, cant figure out how to attach screenshot in here.

edit 1 : now configured on TP-Link ax1800 , ipv6 settings are shared pppoe session and slaac + statelessdhcp for distribution , each device on network is getting their own unique public ipv6

edit 2 : IPv6 Speedtest.eu gave back - 432 down , 319 up , 25ms latency , all 3 are averages, delhi to mubai server , plan is 400mbps

and cloudflare speedtest , delhi to jaipur via ipv6 - 486 down , 495 up , 5.9ms latency

edit 3 : time to bring my 20tb of storage online

@rikka99 vro I'm from Jaipur and you mentioned Cloudflare speedtest from Delhi to Jaipur, how? I mean whenever I test from here it tests from Jaipur server then how? Can you please do a ookla test with Excitel Jaipur server?

Also, you're getting plan speeds? I thought initially we are supposed to get uncapped speeds 😁.

IPV6 dns are working? Can you open my excitel app and check recent sessions and see whether IPV6 address is shown there? Are they too dynamic? If you can then please share any old IPV6 address for series example. Do share your inputs, thanks.

@unnecessary
1. i just googled ipv6 speedtest - 2nd result was cloudflare - i click it and it automatically started testing with "via ipv6" written at bottom of map and right there was jaipur,
2. i just re opened that site and now it selected new delhi via ipv6 - showing 595 down and 477 up 12ms latency
3. ipv6 dns is working surely i dont know how to check but that ipv6 test said dns is ipv6 configured , "Your DNS server (possibly run by your ISP) appears to have IPv6 Internet access." 10th point on test-ipv6 website
4. excitel app does show ipv6 but not just one , it is showing two over there , i opened settings on ipad it is showing two ipv6 there too
5. i have always gotten +-10% of my plan speed since 10 years on excitel , atleast in down, up can be under 100 anytime on random points of time with no pattern of these slowdowns
