I guess 35 secs starts on the page where one has to write name, age and so on.
There are many chrome extensions which pre fill this data to save time and hence irctc implemented this rule. I think its fair enough rule.

why cant i use form fill?? what is wrong? I am tech-savvy I am using it. What makes it illegal?

Can they tell that physical form people that DONT FILL form before 10AM?

Because it is being misused. I find this perfectly fine.
Hardly 5% users must be using Form fill addon.
Most abuse is by this agents. They are not stopping agents.
They have programs. Earlier program would start at 10:00:01 AM and now it will start at 10:00:36 second.
Its no way going to stop agents.

Still better than just sitting and doing nothing. After these and other changes they've implemented IRCTC doesn't suck as bad as it used to.
It does not but recently I booked a ticket in 3-4minutes.
i.e. ticket was booked by 11:03:45AM. (tatkal sleeper class)
But it was waiting with WL number 14.
When I started at 11AM there were 160 tatkal seats available.
How can any HUMAN be faster than 3min?

Type OTP
Come back to IRCTC
ok there may be counters booking it but still in just 3 minutes 174 seats booked?

Clearly the people running programs are NOWAY going to be affected.
