Irregular Bsnl Connection

High i am khush living in kolkata,sodepur area,2402 exchange.I am having bsnl broadband plan home 500 with Nokia siemens c2110for past 3 weeks i am having some connection problem.1.some sites like gmail ,orkut opening very slow and sometimes connection gets timed out without opening any webpage.2.link lamp blinking within short intervals of time ,very unstable connection.3. Pages with high content and graphics r not loading and getting timed out.Bsnl guy who visited my place said that modem,splitter,r all ok.Computer is also free frm virus,but my lan card is defective,i dont know how its possible,because other sites with low graphics r opening fine.i mean if lan card is damaged,i will notget any connection at all.so i think its all bsnl crap,the fault is on their side.Anyone having simmilar problems,can share here.Any suggestions plz post here.

Try default values or reduce MTU to 1492 or 1480

2. See this web site . try to select only GDMT as Mod.
or post your present snr/attn Mod selected modem screen shot.

3. See the diagram and check ALL phones connected after ADSL splitter.

4. Start / Network / Local Area Connection / properties/
Select TCP/IP Properties
In dns enter 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 Apply Save.
