Is Picture Quality really better than DTH?

I am using icontrol iptv to view it on my PC through TV Tuner. As claimed by 'Myway' as well as 'icontrol' that picture quality is better than DTH/DVD, I do not agree. I use same PC and TV Tuner with my DD Direct+(Beetel SD97 STB) where picture and audio quality is far better.Comments/suggestions from the IPTV users expected.

NO IPTV does not have good quality. DTH is better, i have Tata Sky and now got installed IPTV Myway and got fedup within a day
