Hello, I have recently got the JioFiber and i am trying to log in to the online gateway (192.168.29.1) and i used username: admin pswd: Jiocentrum. I have seen other posts but they all have router. I am using the devices the jio team has given me. i can not use myjio app because my phone is under repair.

Is resetting the router safe? I'm concerned, Jiofiber internet might stop working if I reset the router. And then I'll have to call them to arrange a technician visit and with my internet dead, the technician might come after many days!
Resetting the router also disconnects all existing WiFi connections. So later I'll have to setup the same Wifi network name, password into router and individually go into each device (smartphones, tablet, laptop) and re-enter WiFi username, password to reconnect.
Doesn't anybody just know the existing Jio Router password? Why did those Jio fools had to change Jiocentrum. Probably to force us to use MyJio app more!

Sometimes the technicians change the password. Just call the technician who came for installation and he will most likely know the password.
