Jio Fiber not getting promised speed.

I am currently on a 150 mbps plan and I get around 143-144 mbps in OOKLA speed test. Is it a common thing in Jio fiber ? Does complaining help ? My friend who leaves in another city do get more than the promised speed.

I used to get 143-145Mbps on speedtest with my old jio fiber account in the same city. But now I have taken a new connection of jio fiber and I am getting 150-170Mbps on 150Mbps Plan. I have no clue how it happens. Router is same, devices are same.

I was also getting ~160mbps on promo plan and even on basic 399 plan I am getting ~32mbps.

@ritwik2000 SpeedTest applications like Ookla are bound to servers on some it gives good speed on some it simply does not, and why not upload and download a 1GB file on Google Drive/One Drive any similar cloud service to get the idea what you are actually getting.

I get 15 MB/sec - 16 MB/sec in chrome when I download something from drive. Not really sattisfied with this speed
