I recently got Jio Fiber connection and got JCO4032 router along with the connection.

Is it possible to purchase the router separately from anywhere? I would like to buy one and keep as backup, incase of any problem with my current one, instead of contacting Jio and waiting for service personnel.

i don't think thats possible. As of now, you cannot separately buy the ONT from anywhere. Besides those ONTs are MAC bound at JIO's backend so even if you get a backup ONT, it won't work just by plugging in. You will have to call the Jiofiber service at your premises to get it activated.

A new jio fiber router is surfacing on youtube with model no. ( Jcow407 ) and users are claming that it is better than old one ( jco4032 ) in terms of range, stability, build quality etc. Is there anyone who is using this new router?
Few youtube videos

Jio salesperson told that It has lifetime warranty. If anything happens, there will be a free replacement. Is it true?

Yes I got this router with my new connection on 26th January. Dont know about previous models but even standing next to this one and connected to 5GHz band I am barely getting 45mbps on 300mbps plan. Same situation with 2.4GHz band too. Don't know if any settings need to be readjusted or something but I am very frustrated.

Yes, both bands are named differently. The lan speed of 5GHz band is shown as 585mbps, I just checked in the phone.
