I am stuck with a fried ONT.
Since May 2025 ONT were failing at my home due to corrupted ACS configurations which the company is not looking into and there had been 7 replacements of ONT (including the one during installation). The first ont i received JCOW414 was nice and worked for 2 years constantly then JCOW404 came it lasted 2 months but it had band steering issue on which, speed on 2.4ghz band came down to 1 Mbps. Since then i am receiving refurbished JCOW411 and ita not lasting even a month. Now finally I got a newly manufactured JCOW411 (as per the box), it got fried even the power in my wall socket is fine and power adapter is working good.
Now Jio has denied replacement and they are asking me to disconnect and get AirFiber
Someone please help me out, What should i do ??

My TP-Link Ont is still on way to my home so I am with no internet (Yes I have 5G but limited Data).

You're saying their server which pushes ACS configurations to all the houses in your area is pushing a corrupted configuration to your ONT alone?

Have you looked into the possibility of frequent voltage surges/return arcs or improper grounding of that particular electrical socket in your house?

Yes, I have checked the socket its properly earthed, and receiving sufficient power as per specs of adapter.
The Adapter is also working fine this time its not ACS issue i guess, even i can't figure out what it is ?

I’m not asking if it is receiving sufficient power. I was trying to ask if that socket is susceptible to voltage surges during rains/lightning. Sometimes being too close to the transformer also affects certain houses disproportionately. Are you using the same power adapter for all the ONTs or the ones that come with each ONT?

Power surge in apartment ??
I am not sure of any power surge, it might be.
I am using Jio adapter for all ONT.
I also tried other adapters other ONT works fine but Jio ONT is not powering on.

@NAITIK Did you set it up, I am getting a G3- v2 and planning to set up jio fibre on the same. Looking for steps to get it to work.
