Okay, so im buying an iPhone 4 16gb(AT&T) from the USA for 149$. My question is, do i have to buy the contract along with the phone? I mean like fill in a form and pay the initial charges and all that before i can take it home? Because im gonna buy Gevey Ultra/Ultrasn0w depending on the baseband and ship it to India. Some one who has bought a phone there please reply.Thanks.

they have to pay the monthly bill for it, for 2 years, In USA and I am sure shipping it out of country will be illegal for them...this just dosent work like the way it works in India...
