Are BSNL DNS so good that they are better than Custom DNS?

Redirect2 is works for east. Also, nothing faster than ISP provided DNS at response time but it comes with issues such as not resolving certain sites due to blocks.

BSNL DNS is faster than any other DNS for response time.

I'd stick with google dns. Not condoning anything, I just don't trust a censoring state controlled dns.
