*Budget Rs:-500 to 1500
*Want to buy it Online (but not from Ebay)
*and a branded one with little rough use.

Lol, my Dad is a senior citizen and he doesn't find it difficult at all :smile:

I would stay away from Orpat. The previous phone was Orpat and gave up in little over a year.
Panasonic phones are generally good too. Here's a simple one without complicated buttons.

^Neither have a backlight. The second one needs a battery to even display the caller id. Solid build though.

If this is the case I wonder why is Panasonic still manufacturing landline phones! I mean all the units of all of their phones are defective!
