Laptop around 60kish which is NOT Gaming laptop

Current Thinkpad user, I need to buy a good laptop for my brother. Ideally I would have brought Thinkpad but budget is low.
We are prioritizing build quality.

(Uncompromising) Requirements:
RAM : 16 GB
Good Battery Life
Good build quality

We don't need heavy GPU(or a dedicated GPU) or a CPU

Any CPU good enpough to run Chrome + Slack + teams + Discord (...hence heavy ram needed)

Sadly, at this price range we are spammed with GAMING laptops with clunky build quality
