Laptop not showing 5 GHZ WiFi band.

My laptop hardware not supporting 5 GHz Band. Please suggest the cheapest way to connect to 5 Ghz Band.

Get a 5GHz wireless adapter from Amazon.

Laptops usually have a wifi module that connects using msata.
So, to upgrade Wifi + BT on your device, you can change this chip to something better.
But you'll have to consult the manufacturer's website to figure out which modules are compatible with your laptop. Since, Not all of them can be installed on a laptop even if the connector is the same

@rameshbritto Most likely, Yes.
I can't speak on the reliability of those usb devices but they'll definitely be cheaper.
msata wifi/bt modules like the ones from intel(ac7260/ac8265) should cost about the same as usb modules but they are extremely difficult to find here in india and even more so after the AliExpress ban. :/

If you have USB 2, get the TP-Link AC600 - anything faster will anyways get throttled by the USB speeds
