Latency issues with my Airtel Broadband connection

Hi, i have opted for 200 mbps plan with Airtel where they provided me with Sercomm4221SR (modem+router) i am using another dual band router(ArcherMR-600) to extend the range via an ethernet cable.

While online gaming i am facing ping spikes and latency issues…

I am not an engineer , but I read in other post saying to not double NAT the network , as it will cause problem in online gaming ( in which latency is major factor )

Second router in access point mode shouldn't do doubt nat.

I did the bufferbloat test and found out that the unloaded latency was quite high. Sent the results to airtel Affiliate officers mail. Got the problem fixed only for a day. The internet gets pathetic from 20:30-23:30
