Airtel is better lot..? it has least number of HD channels in its bouquet..as compared to others like Vzee..reliance ,
tata.
if others can offer HD cricket, why not airtel? how come others can afford the pound of flesh ..and not airtel ? these are lame excuses. whats point after hald cricket series is over...then airtel comes up with offer...
----------
hahah ,,customer has to wait, because Airtel is bankrupt unable to provide HD chanels when other providers can do so..even south indian providers ahve better offerings. If airtel model works that after critical mass is available airtel will not offer HD chanels..its skewed logic. This is what happens when, some providers become too arrogant...taking customers for granted. time to call quit.
----------
but let that choice be given to customer to decide whether to buy or not..how can airtel decide..what customer shud buy. if its too pricey..some customer may not buy.bu there cud be many who wud go for it. if customers of tata and other s can buy..is it airtel customers are kangal?
----------
its always better compare with top guys and not with bottom ones..is that what Airtel is aiming to compete with guys at bototm of heap of DTH providers?
Do you have any Idea bro about the figures you are talking abt. Ofcourse Airtel is competing with other DTH. And bcoz of few customers interested in particular channel, no company shells out millions. For you and me its just one more HD Channel, but for Operators it takes Millions of bucks to shell out to Channels and Govt. And its not so easy that HD Channel launched and it will be telecasted on your
TV. Do Not forget that its not an FTA. HD Channels are highly paid channels and even not supported by Advertisers too.
So, have Patience or keep changing operators according to their HD Content
