My Linksys SPA-2102 that I purchased through RocketVOIP reboots and my PPPoE username and password settings are lost as soon as I place the handset connected to the SPA-2102 back on the cradle. I have to re-enter the PPPoE username and password on the Linksys Phone Adapter Configuration page and leave the handset off the cradle once it connects to the internet in order to avoid being disconnected from the internet. Any suggestions?
