heh samsung does have excellent units in displays all around gurgaon. but personally i prefer Phillips over other brands.

Sharp LCD is the best in the market especially their pannels and the black light, i am using 32'' toshiba lcd it is quite ok.. if it stretches also i don't see much diff

i seen similar Question on Tech2 (cnn IBN, i guess ) couple of week back.
they were discussing about HD and Dolby in india.
they said it will take minimum 2 years for HD and Dolby TV Broadcast to hit Indian market. Now very few channel having stereo sound rest all r mono (u can feel it very loud & clear in TS)

so for the next 2yrs plasma & LCD tv are mere elephants teeth

just saw Times Av expo in mumbai, Sony was best , even small screen sizesdid have same picture quality of large size.
