iPhone 14 and 15 series (Pro and Non-Pro) support Voice over 5G Standalone (VoNR)

iPhone 12 and 13 series (Pro and Non-Pro) DO NOT support VoNR.

Lava Agni 2 5G supports VoNR.

Pixel series (6a, 7 and 8) support VoNR but you have to do some work to enable VoNR via Shizuku app.. Install it from playstore.

Pixel VoLTE patch tap on this GitHub link for steps to setup shizuku for the app to run and this Link for the VoNR app

This was the command which gave Shizuku access to AndroidIMS-CrossSIM app

@anmolbhard004 yes, Airtel doesn't support VoNR since it doesn't have 5G SA network.
I'm also able to use VoNR on Jio only.

iPhone 14 plus also supports VONR. I see the option of Voice over 5G Standalone with Jio sim

I am planning to buy pixel 7a for my son.
Can anyone confirm if it supports 5g VoNR and SA on Jio?
Do we need to do bootloader unlock or root to enable in case it supports?
If possible, settings pic would be helpful. Will be ordering from flipkart.

@Dragonfly yes it does but it's mostly useless for the time being as still it has not been enabled officially by Jio. As a result, even if VoNR is shown, most of the times, it falls back to VoLTE while making/receiving calls. But after Jio launches it officially, Pixel 7a will have no issues

Just want to know if it’s just toggle or fiddling more with root and unlocking.

@Lucifer_King vonr works fine for nothing phone 2. I guess its already enabled
Edit : it works at some places only. At other places it falls back to volte

I think we need a map of VoNR active locations first and then people can easily confirm where it works and which devices support it.
Btw, IQOO 12 supports VoNR and its working in some parts of Samruddhi Mahamarg (between Wardha and Akola, Maharashtra) and Shegaon Railway station, Maharashtra.
