Load balancing router for double speed

i heard some one said this if one use load balancing router on adSl then speed gets double ?? has nayone in delhi tried it yet

Load balancing routers combine two broadband lines to provide a single pipe for your computer. Which allows you to get speeds of both the lines on that single machine at one time. In simple terms... you cannot double your speeds on one single line. You basically need to get two lines.

Splitter does not split your telephone line into two broadband lines.It split your phone line into two lines: one that goes to telephone. another one that goes to your modem.You do not get double the amount of water if you split the pipe coming from the tank into two pipes.
