Locked out of router. Don't know password. New BSNL FTTH connection.

The BSNL guys changed the default password of the router and they aren't letting me the new password. I can't reset the router as I don't know the configurations or even the PPPoE username & password.

I've called them a few times but they just keep avoiding by saying they'll tell me later.

What should I do.

Its the telephone number mentioned on your ftth bill.

i tried. ab6611234567_eid@ftth.bsnl.in , didnt work.
Isnt the phone no 7 digits only?

I have tried both without and with 91, still it doesnt seem to work for me.

Check you bill for the exact id. Hope you have put correct vlan id as well
