Looking To Buy This Laptop - Help Me Out

Well, looking for a laptop. have my eye set on these two

Newegg.com - HP ProBook 4530s (XU015UT#ABA) Notebook Intel Core i3 2310M(2.10GHz) 15.6" 4GB Memory DDR3 1333 320GB HDD 7200rpm DVD Super Multi Intel HD Graphics 3000
($450 - approx 20250/-)

Newegg.com - lenovo IdeaPad Z560 (0914-42U) Notebook Intel Core i3 380M(2.53GHz) 15.6" Wide XGA 4GB Memory DDR3 1066 320GB HDD 5400rpm DVD±R/RW Intel HD Graphics
($400 - approx 18000/-)

i like the first one. but my question here is it a good deal at that price.
i consider it bad deal if i am not saving atleast 9-10k if bought from india as i will be loosing warranty and goodies(laptop bag basically)

also advice regarding specwise whether its good for atleast 1year or should i avoid i3 altogether. and also about GPU.
so what you guys suggest. If you can post link to similar devices in india with price, it will be very helpful.

this laptop will be used for surfing/document editing/watching dvd rips/bit of gaming

Update :Also Ordered 2 x 4Gb Ram @ $25 each and now both laptop have 8Gb ram. Now just waiting to get my hands on it.

Did you actually ordered it from the US and are getting it shipped to India? If yes, how much customs do you pay for the laptop+ram? Looks like a sweet deal

Buying a laptop from abroad can cost you more coz you will have to pay customs. :/
