Looks like MTNL server down and out

HMM since last night I'm getting speed of 100kpbs or less or very slow net speed .Is anybody else also experiencing the same ?

there are some problems at times...but still its fine, its not down as such and speeds r touching 1.8Mbps:yahoo:

I'm getting a Download speed of 5kpbs ..what is this going on MTNL .??Just made a complaint at 1504 .Hope they do something .
